So we have started to get some CGC comics back from being graded, and we have many more on their way. If you aren’t familiar with CGC, it is an independent company that professionally grades the condition of a comic from 0.5 to 10. The comics are reviewed by 1 pre-grader and 3 official graders to ensure that the book is thoroughly reviewed. The grades are based on many factors such as page quality, sharp corners, any bends or creases, etc. Once CGC assigns a grade, they encapsulate the comic in a sealed plastic case to ensure that it maintains its graded condition.
